Order Cancellation & Address Change Policy

At Kronos LDN, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please review our policy regarding order cancellations and address changes carefully.

1. Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.

To request a cancellation, please email info@kronosldn.co.uk and CC warehouse@homeoutdoor.co.uk with your order details.

After the 1-hour grace period, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled as it may have already been processed.

2. Changing Your Shipping Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please email info@kronosldn.co.uk and CC warehouse@homeoutdoor.co.uk within 1 hour of placing your order.

Once the 1-hour grace period has passed, we cannot guarantee address changes, as the order may have already been processed or shipped.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order is shipped, it is the buyer's responsibility to retrieve the package or place a new order.

3. Buyer Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all order details, including the shipping address, are correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect address entry by the customer.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be required to pay an additional shipping fee for re-delivery.
