If you basket exceeds £30 we'll send your items to your free of charge, with tracked delivery.
Lifetime Warrantee
If you unintentionally damage your reusable razor and you can no longer use it, we will provide you with replacement parts, free of charge (excluding postage costs).
In order to qualify for replacement parts you must:
- Provide images of the razor so we can see which parts to replace.
- Have been using the razor for at least 6 months since your purchase date.
- Not ask for replacements if the razor is fully functional (e.g. due to chips or scratches).
- Pay for the postage of your replacement parts (£2.99).
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. We do not accept returns on opened consumables (used blades and soaps).
