The Introduction: Terms & Conditions

The Introduction is our referral programme. These terms sit alongside our standard Terms of Service.

The offer

When a friend buys the Foundation Set through your introduction link, a sleeve of 50 blades is added to their order at no charge. The set itself is full price; the blades are the gift. One redemption per customer, and the offer cannot be combined with other discount codes.

Once your friend's order is completed (and not cancelled or refunded), you receive a unique, single-use code for one complimentary Ionic Order as a one-time purchase, delivery included. No subscription is created.

Fair use

Introduction links are for personal sharing. Posting them to voucher or coupon sites is not permitted, and self-referral (including through a second account or email address) voids the reward. We may withhold rewards where we reasonably suspect misuse.

The small print

Rewards carry no cash alternative and are subject to availability. We may amend or close The Introduction at any time; rewards already earned will be honoured. Personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy; we never contact your friends on your behalf.
